配送範圍
Delivery Coverage
我們目前只提供香港本地配送，暫不支援海外寄送。你也可以選擇預約到我們的辦公室自取。
We currently deliver within Hong Kong only; overseas shipping is not available at this time. You may also choose to collect your order at our office by appointment.
配送方式與運費
Delivery Methods & Fees
- 順豐速運：可選運費到付，或按結賬頁顯示的運費預付。
- SF Express: Freight collect, or prepaid at the rate shown on the checkout page.
- 香港郵政平郵：適合小件商品，運費按結賬頁顯示為準；平郵不設追蹤，風險由買家承擔。
- Hongkong Post surface mail: Suitable for small items at the rate shown at checkout; surface mail is untracked and sent at the buyer's risk.
- 滿額免運：訂單滿指定金額可享免運費優惠（如有），詳情以結賬頁為準。
- Free shipping threshold: Orders over a specified amount may qualify for free shipping (where offered); see the checkout page for details.
- 辦公室自取：免運費。請於下單後與我們預約時間，到 香港九龍尖沙咀柯士甸道29號11樓1101室 取貨。
- Office pick-up: Free of charge. After placing your order, please make an appointment with us to collect at RM 1101, 11/F, 29 Austin Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
所有運費會於結賬頁清楚顯示，確認訂單前你可以核對總金額。
All shipping fees are clearly displayed on the checkout page, so you can review the total before confirming your order.
發貨時間
Shipping Time
訂單確認收款後，我們一般會於 3 至 5 個工作天內發貨。由於義賣商品由義工團隊處理，如遇假期或活動高峰期可能稍有延誤，我們會盡快與你聯絡。
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. As orders are handled by our volunteer team, there may be slight delays during holidays or peak campaign periods; we will contact you promptly if this happens.
