China Love Charity Foundation Limited ("we", "us") values your privacy and handles all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

我們收集的資料

Information We Collect

• 訂單及聯絡資料：當你在慈善義賣商城購物或聯絡我們時，我們會收集你的姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼及收件地址，僅用於處理訂單、安排配送及與你聯絡。
• Order & contact details: When you shop in our charity store or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, solely for processing orders, arranging delivery and communicating with you.
• 捐款資料：捐款時我們會記錄捐款金額、日期及你自願提供的聯絡資料，用於發出收據及捐款紀錄管理。
• Donation details: We record the donation amount, date and any contact details you voluntarily provide, for issuing receipts and managing donation records.
• 付款資料：所有網上付款由 KPay 等支付機構直接處理，本網站不會接觸或儲存你的信用卡號碼或完整付款賬戶資料。
• Payment data: All online payments are processed directly by payment providers such as KPay. This website never sees or stores your card number or full payment account details.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party. Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order or donation — with delivery carriers and payment providers — or disclosed to authorities where required by law.

資料保留

Data Retention

我們只會在達成收集目的所需的期間內保留你的個人資料。訂單及捐款紀錄會按會計及法律要求保存，其後會安全刪除。

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Order and donation records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes, and are securely deleted thereafter.
