項目現況：目前屬籌款與選地階段，尚未購入土地。

中華愛心慈善基金會擬透過慈善募捐集資，喺香港本地選購一幅農地，逐步發展為非牟利康樂中心。
China Love Charity Foundation plans to raise funds through charitable giving to purchase a plot of farmland in Hong Kong and develop it step by step into a non-profit recreation center.
項目希望為基層、單親家庭及弱勢社群提供一個安全、健康、可持續使用嘅好去處。
The project aims to give grassroots families, single-parent households, and underprivileged groups a safe, healthy, and sustainable place to enjoy.
透過農耕體驗、果樹種植、小動物接觸、親子活動、燒烤聚會與社區服務，促進家庭共融同社區互助。
Through farming experiences, fruit growing, animal encounters, family activities, barbecues, and community service, the center will foster family inclusion and neighborhood mutual support.

照顧殘疾人士及弱勢家庭需要，並聯同社區義工與合作機構，共同擴展服務覆蓋。

選地構想
Site Selection
目標約 13,000 平方呎農地，選址未定、由顧問篩選。
Targeting approx. 13,000 sq ft of farmland — the site is yet to be decided, with advisor-led screening.
初步構想於香港本地選購一幅農地，面積約 13,000 平方呎，目前尚未鎖定具體選址。
The initial plan is to purchase a plot of farmland of about 13,000 sq ft in Hong Kong. No specific site has been locked in yet.
將透過專業顧問協助，按交通方便、環境適合兒童及家庭活動、符合相關規定等條件篩選合適土地。
With professional advisors, we will screen sites for convenient transport, an environment suited to children and family activities, and full regulatory compliance.
正式購地前，基金會將進行地契查冊、規劃評估及工程可行性研究，確保項目穩健推進。
Before any purchase, the Foundation will conduct land title searches, planning assessments, and engineering feasibility studies to keep the project on solid ground.

農耕體驗區
Farming Experience Zone
設置小型菜園、香草園及堆肥區，讓參加者親手種植，認識農耕、環保及可持續生活。
Small vegetable plots, herb gardens, and composting areas where participants plant with their own hands and learn about farming, sustainability, and green living.
果樹及草莓種植區
Fruit & Strawberry Growing
種植番茄、士多啤梨及其他果樹，參加者參與種植、照顧、收成及分享成果。
Growing tomatoes, strawberries, and fruit trees — participants take part in planting, nurturing, harvesting, and sharing the produce.
小動物接觸區
Animal Encounter Zone
飼養雞、鴨、兔、羊等動物，設安全圍欄與教育展板，讓參加者學習照顧生命。
Chickens, ducks, rabbits, and goats in safe enclosures with educational panels, teaching participants to care for living animals.

親子康樂區
Family Recreation Zone
設置野餐、遮蔭、兒童遊戲及手工藝區，方便舉辦家庭日、親子活動及社區聚會。
Picnic, shaded, play, and craft areas for family days, parent-child activities, and community gatherings.
燒烤及聚會區
Barbecue & Gathering Area
設燒烤區與簡易餐飲空間，讓參加者體驗簡單烹飪、分享食物，學習基本生活技能。
Barbecue pits and simple dining spaces where participants cook, share food, and learn everyday life skills.
自食其力體驗區
Self-Reliance Zone
透過種植、收成、簡單加工與義賣，讓參加者體會勞動價值、培養生活技能與互助精神。
Through planting, harvesting, simple processing, and charity sales, participants experience the value of work and build life skills and mutual support.
教育服務及慈善義賣
Education & Charity Sales
舉辦農耕班、工作坊、單親支援及學校外展，並設義賣市集，所有收入用於慈善目的。
Farming classes, workshops, single-parent support, and school outreach — plus a charity market where all proceeds go to charitable causes.
募捐目標與資金用途
Fundraising Goal & Use of Funds
初次募捐目標港幣 5 億元，專款專用於本項目。
An initial goal of HK$500 million, restricted to this project.
項目初次募捐目標為港幣 5 億元，覆蓋由選地、建設到營運啟用的完整週期。實際金額將按最終選地、規劃方案及工程預算作審慎調整。
The initial fundraising goal is HK$500 million, covering the full cycle from site selection and construction to opening. The final figure will be prudently adjusted based on the final site, planning scheme, and construction budget.
購地及顧問費用
Land & Advisory
涵蓋選地、購地及相關法律費用，確保收購過程穩妥合規；規劃、建築、工程、測量及技術顧問費，為項目提供專業把關。
Site selection, land acquisition, and legal fees to keep the purchase sound and compliant, plus planning, architecture, engineering, and surveying advisory fees for professional oversight.
基建與種植設施
Infrastructure & Facilities
土地平整、圍欄、水電、洗手間、廚房及燒烤區等基礎設施建設；果樹、草莓種植與小動物飼養設施，構建農樂體驗的實體空間。
Land leveling, fencing, water and power, restrooms, a kitchen, and barbecue areas, plus fruit, strawberry, and animal facilities that bring the farm experience to life.
營運、宣傳與預備
Operations & Reserve
項目管理費、行政營運，以及項目宣傳與募捐推廣費用；活動設備、保險及合規開支，並預留營運啟動與維護預備金。
Project management and administration, publicity and fundraising campaigns, event equipment, insurance and compliance costs, plus a start-up and maintenance reserve.
資金監管原則
Fund Governance
專款專用，所有款項按預算項目逐筆審批，確保透明可追溯；定期向捐助人及公眾公佈資金使用進度與項目建設里程碑。
Restricted funds only — every payment is approved item by item against the budget for full traceability, with regular public updates on fund usage and construction milestones.

籌款啟動Fundraising Launch — 發佈募捐計劃，接觸潛在捐贈人、企業及基金會。Launch the campaign and reach out to prospective donors, corporations, and foundations.
顧問委任Advisor Appointment — 委任規劃、法律、建築、工程及合規顧問。Appoint planning, legal, architecture, engineering, and compliance advisors.
選地評估Site Evaluation — 於香港本地篩選約 13,000 平方呎農地，進行地契及規劃研究。Shortlist approx. 13,000 sq ft farmland sites in Hong Kong and conduct title and planning studies.
合規審查Compliance Review — 審查土地用途、地契及相關部門規定。Review land use, title deeds, and requirements of the relevant authorities.
購地及規劃Purchase & Planning — 完成購地，制定整體發展方案及預算。Complete the land purchase and finalize the master development plan and budget.
建設及啟用Construction & Opening — 分階段建設設施，逐步開放予弱勢社群使用。Build facilities in phases and progressively open them to underprivileged communities.
