Charity Shop Purchases

本會義賣商品多為回收舊物翻新或義工及兒童手工製作，屬慈善義賣性質，每件商品的實際狀況會於商品頁如實描述。原則上商品售出後不設退換，惟以下情況我們會妥善處理：

Items in our charity shop are mostly refurbished second-hand goods or handmade by volunteers and children, and are sold on a charitable basis. The actual condition of each item is described honestly on its product page. As a general rule, sold items are not returnable or exchangeable; however, we will handle the following situations properly:

• 未發貨訂單：如訂單尚未發貨，你可聯絡我們取消訂單，我們會全額退還已付款項（包括運費）。
• Orders not yet shipped: If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel it and we will refund the full amount paid (including shipping fees).
• 已發貨而有質素問題：如收到的商品與商品頁描述嚴重不符，或於運送途中損壞，請於收貨後 7 天內連同相片聯絡我們，我們會與你協商退款、更換或其他合適安排。
• Shipped items with quality issues: If the item received materially differs from its description or was damaged in transit, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt, and we will discuss a refund, replacement, or other suitable arrangement with you.

感謝您的慷慨解囊。由於本機構屬於非牟利慈善性質，所有捐款一經確認，將會即時撥入慈善項目運作（如購買飯盒、物資及支付街頭服務開支等）。因此，除法律規定或極特殊之重複扣款情況外，本機構恕不接受因個人操作失誤、改變主意或其他非技術性原因而提出的退款申請。

Thank you for your generosity. As a non-profit charitable organization, every confirmed donation is applied immediately to our charitable programs (such as purchasing meal boxes and essential supplies, and covering the costs of our street outreach services). Accordingly, except where required by law or in exceptional cases of duplicate charges, we are unable to accept refund requests arising from personal error, a change of mind, or other non-technical reasons.

Exceptional Circumstances

若您遇到以下情況，請盡快聯絡我們，我們將按個別情況跟進：

If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us as soon as possible and we will follow up on a case-by-case basis:

1. 系統故障導致的重複扣款（需提供銀行或支付平台證明）。
2. Duplicate charges caused by a system malfunction (supporting proof from your bank or payment platform is required).
3. 未經授權的盜刷行為。
4. Unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment method.

For the exceptional cases above, please email chinaloveclf@gmail.com with the relevant transaction proof. We will do our best to assist with verification; however, whether a refund can ultimately be made depends on whether the funds have already been applied to our programs.
